All mobile labs are built on modular steel shelving with a reinforced back made of slotted steel bar. The base is a steel suspension frame with two locked and two lockable swivel 10” caters. Onboard electrical power is supplied by a 1900Ah Ac/DC generator, a 10-port extension cord, and flexible 130W solar panel which also serves as a rain-proof cover. Onboard data systems include a 50” monitor mounted to the steel suspension, a 5G router, Windows 11 data cube, standard keyboard and mouse, a 4K camera, a ring light, a portable green screen, and a wireless PA system with two wireless microphones. Onboard design challenges are packaged in heavy-duty plastic, waterproof toolboxes. All mobile components can be stored and transported in the wheeled 20 Gallon mobile toolbox with two sliding lids.
