What is H5N1
Like Covid19, the Avian Influenza Virus in the Corona family of virus. The structure is a spherical shell with specific proteins on the surface and inside along with the nucleosome.
You already know how this virus is spread (Remember COVID Lockdown?) is is spread through the air. It generally doesn’t cross-infect other species, but it is beginning to. As it spreads, it’s “H” and “N” factors adapt.
There are multiple ways to track this. The H5N1 viral tester I use here at Mezzacello Urban Farm is sensitive enough to pick up all variants of “H” and all variants of “N”.
We also have the facility here to test cattle, goats, horse, pigs, and rabbits. Please reach out personally for this. Additionally, we have the technology — BUT NOT THE LICENSE - to test human food for the presence of H5N1.

Our testing facility is easy to clean and aincludes microscopy, stainless, steel, an autoclave, and a full, sterilized, dedicated mobile kitchen and mobile testing cart. The cart has a cage below whicj can be heavility irradiated with 300W of UV to destroy any viral or bacterial life.
